Faded parking lines cause crooked parking, wasted spaces and confused drivers. They also make a property look neglected. Boca Brothers stripes and restripes parking lots all over San Antonio, from small strip centers to large church and school lots.

Restriping or a new layout
Most lots just need the existing lines painted over before they disappear. If your lot has been sealcoated or the old lines are gone, we measure and lay out the lot again before painting. If you want to fit more spaces, change traffic flow or add accessible parking, we can draw up a new layout with you first.
Accessible parking done right
In Texas, accessible parking follows the Texas Accessibility Standards, which match the federal ADA standards. The number of accessible spaces you need depends on the total spaces in the lot:
| Total spaces in lot | Accessible spaces required |
|---|---|
| 1 – 25 | 1 |
| 26 – 50 | 2 |
| 51 – 75 | 3 |
| 76 – 100 | 4 |
| 101 – 150 | 5 |
| 151 – 200 | 6 |
| 201 – 300 | 7 |
| 301 – 400 | 8 |
| 401 – 500 | 9 |
At least one of every six accessible spaces must be van accessible, with a wider space or access aisle. Accessible spaces also need a sign, and the space should be on the shortest route to the building entrance. When we restripe, we check your accessible spaces and tell you if anything looks off.
How long striping lasts
Traffic paint on a busy commercial lot usually needs a fresh coat every 1 to 2 years. Lots with less traffic can go longer. Restriping on schedule is quicker and cheaper than laying out a lot from scratch after the lines are gone.
Parking lot striping all over San Antonio
We stripe lots throughout San Antonio, from Downtown and the Medical Center to Stone Oak, the Northwest Side and the South Side, plus nearby cities like Alamo Heights, Leon Valley, Helotes, Live Oak, Universal City, Converse, Kirby, Windcrest, Shavano Park and Castle Hills. Most restriping jobs are finished in a single visit, and we can work early, late or on weekends.
Common questions
How many accessible parking spaces does my lot need?
It depends on the total number of spaces. A lot with 1 to 25 spaces needs 1 accessible space, 26 to 50 needs 2, 51 to 75 needs 3, and 76 to 100 needs 4. At least one of every six accessible spaces must be van accessible.
How long does parking lot striping take?
Most restriping jobs are done in a few hours and finished the same day. Larger lots or brand new layouts can take longer.
How soon can cars drive on new lines?
Traffic paint dries quickly. In normal weather, cars can usually drive on the lines within about an hour.
Can you stripe a lot that was just sealcoated?
Yes. After the sealcoat cures, we lay the lot out again and stripe it. If we did the sealcoating, striping is part of the same job.
Do you paint fire lanes and curbs?
Yes. We paint fire lanes, red curbs and lettering. Fire lane markings follow local fire code, so let us know if the fire marshal has asked for specific changes.
