This page explains what info Boca Brothers Asphalt Maintenance collects on bocabros.com and what we do with it. We are a small, local business in San Antonio, Texas, run by brothers Michael and Danny.
What we collect when you ask for a quote
When you fill out our quote form, we get what you type in:
- Your name, phone number and email
- The property address
- The services you checked, the property type and the lot size
- Anything you write in the notes box
- Which page of our site you sent the form from
How we use it
We use it to call, text or email you about your quote, set up a time to measure your lot, send you a written quote and keep records of the jobs we do.
We do not sell, rent or trade your info. We do not put you on a mailing list or send you ads.
Who sees it
Only the two of us. Your request is saved in our private, password-protected office system on our web host (Hostinger), and a copy is emailed to our business inbox. Our business phone line runs on Google Voice, so calls and texts with us go through Google.
Counting website visits
We keep a simple count of visits so we know which pages people read and how they found us. For each visit we save the page, the date and time, and a general source like "Google search", "Facebook" or "typed it in".
- We do not use cookies to track you.
- We do not save your name or your internet (IP) address.
- To count each visitor only once a day, we mix your IP address and browser type with that day's date and turn it into a scrambled code that can't be turned back into your IP address. The code changes every day.
- Visit counts are deleted after about two years.
Fonts from Google
Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When that happens, your browser connects to Google, and Google can see your IP address. You can read Google's privacy policy.
Our service area map
The map on our home page loads from OpenStreetMap (map pictures) and unpkg.com (the map tool). When it loads, your browser connects to those services, and they can see your IP address.
How long we keep your info
We keep quote requests as part of our business records. If you want yours deleted, just ask and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, fix or delete the info we have about you. Call or text (210) 816-0381, or email quotes@bocabros.com.
Kids
Our site is for business owners and property managers. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect info from anyone under 13.
Keeping it safe
Our office system is behind a password, and our site uses a secure (https) connection. No website is 100% safe, but we take reasonable steps to protect your info.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
